Receptionist Named Jaruwan Sucks big time

Pathetic lady on reception named Jaruwan ….. they charged 200 Bhatt for towel as it got dirty because i wipe my body which was full of sweat … 200. Bhatt is laundry charges for a small hand towel cheater they are Wifi doesn’t work most of the times lockers not working in the room ….. Really bad experience because of the receptionist Jaruwan

Grand Hotel Pattaya is one of the best options for stay in Walking Street. This hotels provides sea view rooms and the view from Roof Top is amazing and gives complete view of Pattaya. Rooms are clean and are a great deal in the price it is being offered in Post Covid era. Ideal for people looking to party in Walking street and even few steps from Beach Road.

Grand hotel can be considered at the best place if you are party lover and night life lover. it is located right between the Walking Street of Pattaya. The location is not only good because of walking street, it is extreamly near to Pattaya Beach and Pattaya Port. 7/11, Good Resturants, Street food, bike taxi and all other things are just at the hotel entrance. Coming to the Rooms, they provide a Huge LED TV i guess of 55 Inch in every room. Free Water bottles and welcome tea/coffe, Electric Water Kettle, A Regrigrator Fridge with all Soft drinks and energy Drinks (Paid). Washrooms are nice (No bath Tub) and balconies are good. They provide passport lockers. The higher Floors i guess 5 to 7 have Sea view rooms. they are a little expensive because of the seaview. Overall an amazing place to stay.

A tired hotel in a dirty back street close to the well known "walking street" The lifts shabby appearance and buttons that bearly work greet you. The unpainted concrete with cracks in the floor suits some peoples taste. The manager insisted on us paying for breakfast despite me saying I did not want it. I went one morning but there was very little if anything to eat. I did ask if there was anything else they said no on two occasions. I then found out after there is a cooked menu. As I had asked and spoken to the manager about the poor breakfast it made it clear they could not care at this hotel. We stayed two rooms for five nights yet paid the same daily rate as if one night despite asking for a little off or remove breakfast cost. They rudely refused. Go somewhere else as everywhere else I have stayed has been excellent.

building is very old. Room are spacious but not worth it. Breakfast is a joke :) Just had once, skipped for rest of the day :) :) View is good only if you are in higher floor with corner rooms, sea view
